I am masters student in US. I have offers from Facebook (sde1) , Microsoft (sde2) and Oracle cloud (sde2). I plan to move to India in an year due to personal reasons . I am wondering if accepting Facebook will help me get better jobs in India. Difference in TC offered by these companies is around $20k-$25k(Facebook offering less). Need suggestions on which one would be better to accept considering my plan to move to India in a year. Thanks

Magic next year - senior roles in Bangalore startups, India offices of companies like Rubrik, etc, and of course mega corps like Google, Microsoft, LinkedIn, Uber, potentially several more in the next few years. Work for Facebook for a year and transfer to Facebook Singapore-that way you get to be close to India and don’t compromise on your job

Fb: No development office in India Msft: There are 2 dev offices and lot of teams to choose while coming back. Plus SDE 2. So in case you interview with any other companies like Amzn, Uber or LI you'll be having SDE 2 on your resume. WLB will be really good, so good free time. You can learn more skills, prep for next interview, enjoy your life, whatever. If not significant difference in TCs, join Msft. Oracle: No offence but please don't think of it as you have 2 better names.
I am ok resigning in US and join other company in india as I plan to take a break for 2 3 months. So considering this, should I go with Facebook?

How many of you still feel it’s important to work onsite instead of hybrid or remote?
I would say try amazon or uber or ms or LinkedIn or google. Basically companies that have india office. You can transfer locations after 1 year.
Out of these two what would you suggest ?
Facebook. Definitely much better reputation as a company and hiring standards.
