Moving to India! Need help on things to negotiate on the offer
Hey, I have an offer from a US based privately owned company with Office in Hyderabad. In negotiation phase. Would appreciate any tips/suggestions on what to negotiate for other than salary. No chance for stock as company is privately owned. Thanks for the help! Current tc: 230, 9yoe Offer: 22L + ~10% quarterly bonus

Either you did terribly in the interview or they are busting your balls. You can make more than that with 1 yoe in India. You should ask for 2x at least.
Am I the only one who has no idea what the fuck 22L is?
