Moving to canada to startup
Currently working in USA on H1b. Unable to work on my business plan in Usa due to visa restriction. Recently got Canada PR and planning to move there to implement business plan, which involve USA and canadian automobile market. Any benefits or grants or perks of starting up in Canada I should know about?
Is it possible to obtain Canadian PR without having a job in Canada first?

Is it possible to explore grants / explore entrepreneurship in Canada without having Canadian PR ? My points for Express entry are kind of around 410 that won’t make the cut. Plus looking for something quicker than 1 year or so which I will need if I explore Express entry + PNP.

Actually there is a work permit for startups that’s available in weeks (unless I am mistaken). But the Startup visa processing time is 12-16 months. Canada is really Immigration friendly ; I wish USA was
