Folks at msft Seattle which plan do you take if you have dependents? For those who answered 'connect plan', The connect plan seems to have no HSA, is that a problem?

The HSA plan is awesome. You basically never pay for anything unless you really spend a lot of time in the hospital. But even then, you just add more money to your HSA and pay off that deductible tax free. And you can see any doctor.

The saving plan has a 2000$ deductible. So do you put 2000$ in HSA per year?

Microsoft puts some money in. And I put like $50/paycheck in. But honestly, I have so much in there from periods when we were healthy that I can stop contributing and still cover all medical expenses.

Would I be able to add my fiancé/domestic partner on my health coverage with Microsoft? Would she get the same benefits?
