Murthy law firm experience for EB1A (40%chance)?

Hello all, How is your experience from Murthy law firm. Did a paid consultation with them and they gave a honest chance of 40% acceptance based on my profile :(. The cost is around 7k so wanted know. What’s the current climate like? Currently on o1 visa as a researcher from India. TC: 220K

Hire specialized lawyer for EB1 only. These body shop law firm like Murthy are not good with EB1. Also I recommend EB1B and not EB1A. Ask your employer to do it, if they don’t agree, change employer and negotiate EB1B with your next. Getting a new O1 shouldn’t be an issue. As for lawyers, I recommend Victoria Chen or Mark Harrington.

EB1B has higher acceptance rate. Also, most ppl who got EB1A rejected initially got acceptance under EB1B among my contacts.

Citation count 50 and employer not willing to file. Although eb1b chances are better.

Chance is 50% not 40%. You have to screw up things pretty badly to lower your chance to 40% 🤦🏻‍♂️

You would have a better chance if you can convince employer to do eb1b. Eb1a has high rejections. No one here got eb1a approved.

They are not filing. They are saying not strong enough case. Or they are being conservative. Thinking on how to push them.

There is a big overlap of criteria they both need to satisfy. So if the uscis issues O1, they agree some of those criteria are satisfied which may be used as evidence to file eb1.

They send you the list of required documents. Once you provide all documentation, they do the rest. Collecting 7 recommendation letters is the most difficult part.
