Before A, I did join a start up company right after the series B funding. Left after 2 years of work, exercised the stock options. Recently the company got series D funding, and apparently doing quite well. The company is not even close to unicorn thing and doing b2b.
How many series D funded startup usually exit either being acquired or through IPO? How long it might take if ever happens?
You should probably have some friends there who can speak to the company’s situation better than randoms on blind. But series D indicates that investors believe in the company pretty strongly so it’s a great sign.
