We’ve been together for a while, and her smoking weed quite frequently is starting to bother me significantly. Specifically, it’s the smell she leaves in the house. even if she smokes outside, her breath stinks for hours. She stinks like a homeless lol. I told her to try with vapes or edibles, but she says she likes to smoke weed. Is that enough of a reason to breakup? Everything else is fine. She has a good job and is a nice person. But she smokes every day after work.
Yes it is. Just breakup and find someone who is not a pot head.
TC?
Higher than yours by a good margin
Now it depends on what her TC is
Break up and send me her number. Sounds freaking awesome. Good job, nice person, smokes everyday. There’s a keeper.
Ask her to smoke somewhere else and to brush her teeth and use a freshener. Tell her that this is bothering you very badly and is preventing you from being able to enjoy your relationship. Do this assertively, without screaming or other powerful displays of emotions, while stating that you are not judging her habits and understanding if she needs to keep doing it.
Yes, yes, talk to your girlfriend without emotions. That will work. Yes, yes.
And you, my friend who’s not great at spelling, can go back to your masturbatorium.
The worst thing about pot heads is they expect everyone else to be a pot head just because “it’s legal now.”
That’s not her though. She doesn’t “party”, she smokes just by herself and never tried to make me smoke.
lol this somehow cracked me up. It is soo true though.
Find a girlfriend who doesn’t smell like smoke. Do you really need us to tell you that?
Yes. I don’t even go to the bathroom without Blind’s approval.
High sex?
Normal. We’ve been together for a couple years so the massive libido we had at the beginning normally faded down. We have sex about twice a week, good quality.
Smoking is bad for your health in general even if it's weed. I wouldn't want to stay with someone knowing that those consequences are on the horizon.
Please share this medical research proving these consequences on the horizon.
Are you suggesting smoking does not increase the risk of respiratory problems, skin aging, lung cancer, tongue cancer and throat cancer? I don’t have data to share with you because it doesn’t affect me enough to go research it, but it’s basic common sense. “Do you smoke” is literally the first question doctors ask, along with “how often do you drink alcohol”. Even life insurance policies are more expensive for smokers! Sometimes I’m surprised I find certain clueless individuals on Blind.
Are you in IB?
What?
Get a new girlfriend. Nuff said
