SWE Year 1, 1 year prior YOE 71k Year 2, 1% raise, 71.7k Year 3, 1.2% raise, 72.5k Year 4, .7% raise, 73k I bust my ass at work. Long hours. Always ensure our customers are happy. Always taking on more responsibility and succeeding. No promo. No decent raises. Always told “there’s no room in the budget”. We’ve had record breaking company performance every year. Since 2014 cumulative inflation means 71000 is the same spending power as 75589 this year. I’ve lost spending power due to these poor raises. How do I cope! I feel worthless working here.
You already know the answer. Find a new job that will pay and treat you better. I left my last job because I didn’t get RSU refreshers. Why still loyal to intel bud?

Your TC sucks to be honest. Come to oracle you will get a slightly higher TC but with way better WLB.
