Nvidia does not have annual cash bonus
I got it from the recruiter. Is she full of shit? No written offer yet; they said they wouldn’t generate a written offer until I verbally committed.
Yes maybe
From what I know too, they don’t offer annual cash bonus. You might want to check that with the recruiter.
No annual bonus.
Some get an annual cash bonus for the first N years
Check with recruiter if bonus is in Cash or RSU.
It might be joining bonus for two years. What you get is RSU. Nvidia does not provide cash bonus.
What do you think the potential of NVDA stock is?
Is this ic4 or 5?
Ic4
And the 15% she meant was the ESPP discount
Anyway your rsu is really great for ic4!!
I told her that the rsu was more important to me. I’ve been in startups too long , without any exit

Worried that our top performer is an attrition risk. How do managers handle this?
Trading firm .. shit ton of money
I’ve heard that : 1. The work gets monotonous and 2. If you have a bad trading year for any reason, you get cut. Is that worth the big increase in TC ?
This is true for all companies .. I have worked for 5 different Companies and work gets boring after a certain time .. A bad trading year would mean a cut on bonus only .. definitely worth the risk given current market bull
