Need Referal for Netflix
I am applying for Innovation Creative, a kind of perfect fit for the position. I recently moved to Los Angeles, looking for a job at Netflix. I have experience as an Art Director in BBDO and Saatchi & Saatchi. Last six years, I work as a Chief Creative Officer in my own Agency of 45 people With clients from Fortune 500. I’m shifting my entrepreneurship to a corp career, but it’s my dream.

You don’t need a referral at Netflix. If they don’t think you’re a good fit it wouldn’t matter if you had a referral and vice verse.
Netflixers tend to not refer random strangers. If you find a position, just apply from the jobs portal. A referral carries weight only if the person referring can personally vouch for the candidate's capabilities from having worked together earlier.
