I joined Nutanix in December of 2018 as a new college graduate. I was fortunate enough to get promoted in the current cycle but given the current state of the company, I need to leave soon. A lot of projects have gotten deprioritized and quite a few of the people I looked up to have left. I've reached out to a bunch of companies but I haven't heard back from most. A few replied saying that I should wait for the new college graduate postings to become available. I never had difficulty getting interviews at school so this is new to me. I wanted to ask the community if there is anything else I can do to get an interview. I've done the usual applying online, reaching out to folks on LinkedIn, etc. Given the morale of the team and the lack of interesting work, I'm hoping to move on asap. Could the community please advise me on what more I can do to get interview calls. TC: 185K
Get your friends to refer you or find referrals here.
Even with referrals i haven't hard back. Post referral a few recruiters reached out and said that they don't have any recs open and that they'd reach out when they become available.
It’s easier to get a new job if you already have a job. Move fast

With such a short timed first employment, I can understand recruiters and hiring managers not to be their first choice for interviewing. The only thing I can suggest is work hard at your current job (bad company potential is no reason for not be at your best.) and prepare for interviews.
Maybe this time of the year is not the best. Or just pure luck
My org has one new grad opening. Dm for details.
Can you stick it out for another few months? I think you'll have a better chance to hear back with a full yoe.
Are you in a RnD project at Nutanix?
