Need help choosing an offer | New Grad
I currently have two offers and have a hard time making a choice. Qualcomm, San Diego, GPU Software, Base 100 Cisco, San Jose, Software, Base 125 - Given that I'm equally interested in both technologies(GPUs and computer networks), which one would be a better option in terms career growth, company work culture and location? The deadlines are fast approaching and any help would be greatly appreciated. Cisco TC = 125, Qualcomm = 137 (15k relocation + 22k RSU)

The reasoning behind this would be insightful.
Better roadmap consodering future 5G potential. More scope of money. Overall a better company than Intel. In san diego, its the headquarters of Qcom, so better mobikity within the company if you dont like your team . Also compensation is better

For Cisco, ask for RSUs and sign on. All my friends were new grads 2 years ago and got 120k base + RSUs with 0 YoE.
Cisco is full of incompetent and lazy devs, go to Qualcomm
