Need suggestion, Dallas or Bay Area?
Have offers from DFW area healthcare IT vs FinTech startup from Bay Area. TC in both rhe companies is around same at 145. Confused as tech scene in Dallas might not be same as Bay Area. Thought?
There is no tech scene in Dallas. 145 there is great though, while it’s bleh here in Bay Area. If you are a TC chaser then come To Bay Area and switch companies every 2-3 years
