Negotiate after accepting

Any one negotiated with FB after accepting their offer? I have not yet resigned from my current employer and got promoted today. So want to negotiate.

Would you be okay if FB came back with a ‘never mind’? I doubt it but that’s no risk if you’re cool with your promotion

No u can’t ask for higher pay once u accept.

What if fb comes back and says we found some one who is willing to work for less TC? How would you feel then? I personally wouldn't negotiate after accepting the offer

I would not do that. You have past the negotiation phase. Don't kill your next gig before it starts.

What role at Fb?

Just Say you got a counter from existing job

Even if the new job counter and u accept, u will be on the kill list if a layoff occurs

Dude, that’s on you for not negotiating before. I’ve heard of companies rescinding offers if candidates start playing games like this.

Or blacklist

I don’t think you can renegotiate current offer. I think you can explain the situation and then turn down the offer in lieu of an increased responsibility role at current place. Then in a year or so apply back and get a further bump at Facebook from elevated role.
