Negotiation Google vs Amazon
Hi, I am currently negotiating with Google and the HR asked me to provide a proof of the Amazon offer. I have an email from Amazon with the verbal offer , is it okay to forward the email as it is ? Or should I blur the Amazon recruiter details ? I'm not sure what to do here.Any suggestions please

Isn’t it illegal for them to ask you to disclose other offers ?
I guess it'll violate my NDA with Amazon , thats the reason I do not want to disclose the Amazon recruiter details. Since I prefer Google to Amazon I guess I have no option

yeah. G has been doing this a lot lately. Depends on the recruiter tho
I would first tell them you have a verbal offer
Already mentioned that to her but she wanted a documented proof
Then just walk away. If they want you enough they will not require written.
