Negotiation

I got second verbal acceptance from Oracle (cloud infrastructure team) recently for ic2 position. Need to tell them the figure to get the formal letter. Since, I have another verbal acceptance from Amex too so how should I approach with the negotiation process with both the companies considering that discussion on the amount never happened with the Amex due to EAD processing. Timeline:- Got acceptance first from Amex, and now from Oracle, waiting for Amazon onsite-interview. P.S-Have two years of experience in India prior to MS.
