Was just told I got the gig as a Salesforce Consultant (big 4). Bracket is 110k-120k but I'm going to ask for 135k base. Reasons are that I'm strong and can potentially hold a project to the point that a manager would be minimal to not necessary. Thoughts? Also two of the big 4 are interested in me.

The question is, what is Sr Consultant market rate for Bay Area, CA at a big 4 consulting firm (KPMG, Accenture, Deloitte, PWC, etc)? I have 3 Certs, getting my 4th this week.

Certs are very important when it comes to market value, at least that’s what I’ve found in the Salesforce field

Are you okay with them saying no? Can you walk away and have no regrets?
