Thanks, I know few folks here did a big jump - like 160K to 280K. But most of them are programming heavy roles. Whereas mine is more a techno-functional role. Do you have any suggestions of how I can justify the big jump in other opportunities? This is the first $140K+ that I have received in my last three offers. (Last two being $115K, and $120K) I also have a visa/green card that the company has to account for.
160k-280k as netsuite admin without programming experience in LA? Google you smoke some great shit but what you are saying makes no sense
