For 2019, Netflix’s salary data in the H1B Data website shows that all the salaries are < 350k except for a couple of outliers. Is this accurate ?
H1B salary is just lower bound, employers are not obliged to report the real numbers
I thought at least the base will be accurate.
No not necessarily. H1b salary is basically employer promising the least salary they're going to pay
Check DOL site for salaries on LCA.
Yes they have to comply to DHS otherwise ICE agents will come knocking on their doors. Dont believe everything you read on blind or internet, half of the TCs are made up anyways
Lol, go stick with what you want to believe if it makes you feel less jealous

Good point. Didn’t realize that. Thanks!
Fact: H1B LCA wage is the lower bound. In reality, the salary can be 3 times of what it says. Source: experience of myself.

Can be. H1b are cheap labor
Not at Netflix, sorry for amazon
WTF, H1-B is cheap labor really?? H1-B actually costs a lot more (at least for FAANG, I don't know about the tier 2 companies.)
