Hi everyone, I was contacted by a recruiter of Netflix for a Content job in Amsterdam (Senior Manager/Director) few weeks ago. I had a first interview with the recruiter, then with the hiring manager. I got positive feedback and I had three further video conference with others on the team. Anyone hired by Netflix? Just to discuss about the process and possible next steps? Are the recruiters in Netflix providing feedback in any case?
Did you hear back after the three further video conference interviews?
Not yet after one week. They told me someone from the HR would have been in touch.
And have you reached out to follow up? Or are they blanking your messages?
I followed up the day after the video conference just to thank an to confirm my availability and interest, as after the first two interviews. It tooks 7/10 days to have a feedback in that cases. I’m waiting the end of this week to reach out the recruiter.
Try reaching out to the recruiter. Things may have slowed down with Thanksgiving in the US.
Thanks

Every team is different. Sorry.
Fine. Any experience to be shared?
If you made it this far, if you don't get an offer it's fairly easy and common to interview with another team. Netflix puts more emphasis on individual team fit vs other tech companies where you get a yes/no from the whole company. Reach out to recruiter and ask for next steps
