Do a LinkedIn search and find former Facebook employees who moved to Netflix and reach out. I know an engineer from Facebook who joined a sister team and said this worked in getting the initial call
Netflix isn’t for everyone. It’s fun, if you don’t need any org-type-support and are emotionally ready for surprises... while also knowing you are not in the bottom half of the team, performance wise.
