I have an on-site interview with Netflix and I want to know how should I prepare for it. Any pointers or suggestions would be really helpful. Also, how is the culture at Netflix? Is it really that scary? Do people get fired every now and then or is the culture over hyped?
If you're afraid of getting fired, you shouldn't join. It's about taking the risky bets at the cost of your job. One failure and you're out. This type of culture attracts certain type of personalities. If you fit in, you'll really love it. Netflix is a cult. Read the culture slides over and over again until it becomes your religion. Technical interview is fair but it all comes down to the culture fit. You'll be drilled on the culture fit more than the technical because if you can't do the job on the job, you'll just get fired. Simple cut throat. Amazing.
Sounds kind of like Amazon
Except a much better cash pay
The culture of fear rumors are misinformation. While I'm sure there is variability between teams, engineering roles have a great work-life balance, and timelines mostly come from the bottom up. People certainly get fired, but it's usually after months or years of not living up to expectations, with many transparent conversations about those shortcomings. The overall culture is legit and followed/respected by nearly everyone I've met at the company. If you read the new culture page on the website, and the points resonate with you, then you'd be a good cultural fit.

Nobody answered about how to prep for onsite!😒
@OP how was your onsite interview experience? What were the interview rounds like: leetcode, design, or cultural fit?
Somebody please provide pointers on phone screen preparation! Will it be leetcode or something else?

Waste company. Never join. High risk of getting fired. Lots of work load that's what I heard.
You've heard wrong.
