Netflix culture -- who loves it?
I actually think the culture deck was pretty cool. I'd love to work somewhere with less bureaucracy. I've heard the horror stories but would like to hear from employees who like it there. Sorry for duplicate-ish thread, I started other one in the wrong place. TC 265 @netflix @culture
Iâm curious about nflx too I work at an amazon sub and I have a ton of aws experience so I think it would be a good fit.. living in ca would be dope too sick of fucking Seattle Only downside is I donât have to work very hard at my current job, can wfh mostly and cruise through my career with 40hr weeks.. 210tc at amzn right now

Yeah this is exactly like Amazon it seems except you actually get paid and your peers are smart.
