I would be surprised if a 180 billion dollar company could ever buy a 130-150 billion dollar company. Considering Microsoft's biggest was just under 30 billion (IIRC).

It's a race to the bottom, like any tech race. Eventually valuation will go back to good ole PE and Revenue multiple etc... Then Icahn will start acquiring stakes in the company and the rest is history
