Netflix engineer salary levels

How is the Netflix compensation structured. I have heard most of it is in base salary. Is there any bonus /shares/signin bonus. Also are there any levels inside Netflix for engineers

No levels, no bonuses. All your comp is salary, plus 5% in options. You can choose to exchange some or all of your salary for options.

Most don't. The company is going to give you a raise if the market moves. But you are encouraged to find the data yourself.

Are the interviews heavily focused on system design as they only hire senior engineers. Or is it just like typical valley interview
