Netflix phone interview for a Software Engineer role
Have a technical phone interview scheduled soon. What to expect, how to prepare, Do’s and Dont’s ? I heard their interviews also focus on behavioral type questions as much as on coding. Is that true ?

I had 2 rounds so far. 1 recruiter and manager. The next round is the technical phone screen.
If you already had the manager/recruiter screen, this will probably be technical. It is hard to give advice without knowing what role you are applying for. You might be asked about past projects - what design decisions did you make and why. You might be asked to design something at a high level and discuss the tradeoffs. You might be asked about something recent in your field and talk about it

Reject. Asked me architecture questions. No coding questions. I was disappointed the I way the interview went.
Do they ask behavioral questions?
