Hey guys, wanted to know how much Netflix pays for security professional. Current TC :180k Yoe:10
At least double of what you make today
Woah! I have heard it's all base. No stock + performance bonus crap
Yes, all cash + 5% in stock options
Agreed that it is all cash, but FANG stock is as good as cash. So my question is why does industry think that Netflix pays above everyone else because 350k is not a lot and it’s easily doable at FB and G. Am I missing something about Netflix? Enlighten me please. TC: 450k
400K is the median pay for engineers when we had a blind survey last year. 350k is not considered high
Exactly and even 400k is achievable at FB and G. It was even achievable at Tableau before the acquisition. So tell me why is Netflix is considered as the top most payer? Is it because people are valuing cash differently than than RSUs
$350k for senior. Keep in mind "senior" at Netflix actually means senior; it's hard to get hired at that level at Netflix.
350 in Los Gatos or remote from a low/mid COL area?
