Network Engineering @ Amazon
Any Network Engineers from Amazon on here? I hear a lot about developers at Amazon, but I know there must be some networking people out there on Blind. What do you think of Amazon? What skills are valued at Amazon as a Network Engineer (Juniper/Cisco/Linux based, protocols, etc.)? Thanks!

There’s software development engineers in the networking org that build software such as network device state mangers, deployment automation, monitoring, etc. And there’s network development engineers who do the network architecture, scaling, router configuration, operations, etc. Theres also systems development engineers that do a bit of both i guess. I have worked as sde in networking team. Linux and protocol knowledge is definitely a plus point..
