Neuralink thing
So ain't nobody gonna talk about the Neuralink keynote? Is it possible to download new language into your brain? How close are we to implement this technology to do all these crazy things? We know brain computer interaction has been since the 50's but now we are starting to see some interesting breakthroughs. Thoughts?

So what exactly is the benefit of pulling all that information out from my head? I understand the cure mental disease angle but I’m having trouble understanding usage by the general public. Telepathy? I have chat and voice calls. Recording my experience? I don’t care. VR on steroids / real porn (TM)? Ok, I get this one, would I have my skull punctured? No. That all?
Fascinating and controversial. I’m reluctant to endorse anything which the effects may not be reversible. Seems very very risky, even for someone like me who wants to be a cyborg one day. Hoping this one doesn’t end up like that Black Mirror episode.
