New Grad IxD Masters Student Seeks Advice / Referrals

Hi all, As I'm finishing my degree at grad school, I'm trying to find ixd-product designer roles in tech companies that may sponsor my visa to work in US after OPT (1-year). So far, in process with big to small size companies, but not yet find the perfect fit. The visa issue is very frustrating and demotivating as none of the companies are transparent about their decision-making process. Also if the company is big and has history of giving return offers, I am also willing to do an internship. Can message my resume / portfolio by request.
