New Grad PM Offer Evaluation
Posting this for a friend who's a new grad deciding between multiple PM programs. Offer 1: Yahoo/Oath APM 125k base 50k annual rsu 20k signing Offer 2: Atlassian Graduate PM 110k base 15k annual rsu 30k signing He's drawn to Yahoo for the compensation but worried about the brand name. What offer would you take? How much more $$ from Atlassian would make you take their offer over Yahoo? Pls advise

What specifically about Yahoo makes it not a real company?
Atlassian is in Australia. He should probably consider location first.
Judging by the numbers I'd say the Atlassian offer is for one of their bay area offices
Didn't know they had a bay area office now. Back in 2015 they only had offices in Australia

I'd go Yahoo. Offer is bananas.

Whichever you'd rather do. You have Facebook on your resume already which will help a lot.
