Decent for a new grad HF offer. It's not top-band (e.g., DeShaw, Citadel at 250K+) but it's solid and definitely liveable.

If somewhere in the west coast is other than Bay Area, this is good.

May I ask, what will you be doing as a quant hedge fund at this company? And is your undergrad in Math or CS?

From what I was told, mostly infra work for the first year. undergrad was in CS

Damn, that is a great new grad offer, at least compared to tech companies. What's the split in compensation?

    • OP
Won’t go into details about split, but for reoccurring years,
      2/3 of TC is salary
1/3 of TC is bonus (target + profit sharing)

It's tough to say.... Can you provide more background on your experience ... Degree, school, gpa, area of focus, prior work experience.... I'd say overall in good. There's been a war for talent.... So I've seen better.
