No good team match at Google, apply again?
Thinking of taking up other offers for the time being. HC clear for L4. No numbers. - How long till I can apply again and do team matching then, without going through interview process, HC again? - Will work ex at FB help with finding better teams (in a year or so)? yoe 3 tc 190 k FB 250k PS - If any HM's at Google are hiring backend engineers for their consumer facing s/w product teams, please DM me :) I would be grateful! (Any locations within US)
Does this happen a lot during Google hiring? What does it mean if they can't match you?
Did you not find any teams or were none of them interesting enough for you to make the switch?
Got few not so good match. Hardly interesting enuf to make switch. But given fb offer, i am tempted to try my luck in bootcamp. It is more transparent there.
I see. Well, at least you got a couple matches. I am struggling to get any and I am also thinking if I should try and work somewhere else to improve my profile
