Nontech role: DocuSign or Airbnb?
Two offers, equal TC and nontech job. Which would you choose and why? Things that are important: WLB, promising company future, interesting work, strong perks aside from comp, good culture. Both Seattle based.

Both are going to come in at the high 300’s, don’t have official numbers yet but both have assured that this is where they will be.
Curious on so many Airbnb votes. Is this a brand name choice or something else? Both seem like solid companies, just very different products. Would love some more insights.

What’s the role? Both have diff focuses
Take DocuSign. Airbnb doesn’t have an inclusive culture for people who struggle with allergies (dogs are allowed in the office).
What if I already work at a company that has more dogs than humans in the office and it doesn’t bother me?
Then sure, go to Airbnb and support such discriminative behavior for person gain.
