Those Expedia folk who never made it go there and think they raise the bar for everyone. Shit culture at leadership level. You have better chances making money by moving teams and taking promotions

Op, I’m new to the co. but afaik the TC for principals range from 250 to 400k.

Yes. You want to go to stable companies. You saw Uber right? Tech is not Nordy main business, they can cut force anytime
