I have an on demand video interview with Northern Trust in Chicago. Is there anyway to prepare for this? Also does anyone work there it seems like interesting work, how do you like it?

What's the rile amd work? I covered them for about 3 years from a consulting proactice, they are very conservative amd slow moving with tech, they are also pretty old school when it comes to how they partner
