I have an offer from Salesforce and accepted it, however at this point i am in process of getting an offer from Google. What team? And is it project or comp that is making you decide?

No they won’t blacklist you if you don’t ghost them. Recruiters understand that there are a lot of personal factors that can change a decision. Just thank your recruiter and tell him/her that due to personal reasons you won’t be able to take the offer up.

Just let them know. They will understand it. You won’t be blacklisted. You will be in the list that the recruiter will reach out again in a year or two if you are interested in moving on from Google. Just don’t ghost them.
