Nutanix SRE compensation at Durham, NC
What are the correct TCs for the above? Glassdoor and others have a huge delta so im not sure which one to rely on!

Use h1b salary info. Everyone in the sre team is on a visa anyways
SREs are paid very low at NTNX. Yup, NTNX HR lowballs everyone even though you are experienced or not. I suggest keeping your options open. Most of the SREs are freshly passed out Indian grads at NTNX or people with very low experience. There are some senior SREs .There is no difference between a Jr and Sr SREs. As SRE role at NTNX is a technical support role everyone will be assigned with cases randomly. Reach out to few NTNX SREs and talk to them on LinkedIn. Lot of people are doing this to check culture and growth options. Based on that make a decision. It is always best to do your research and doing so will always end you up in good and satisfying jobs.
I interviewed there last year. Was told they couldn't go past 120 base (I was above that). Not sure on stock, but, would expect more than 15k/yr.
Was it for a Sr.SRE role?
Level wasn't clearly defined, I'd guess so. Is this higher or lower than your expectation?
