Nutanix Sr. Director compensation?
I am waiting for an offer from Nutanix for a Sr. Director role. What will be a good compensation?
$2M+ plus helicopter and free donuts
Never take the past full package in to account because stocks are on a tear You should ONLY count base salary plus initial RSU per year compensation plus any joining bonus etc. If they got 2million package on day 1 that means they don’t belong to earth they probably came from mars
Free donuts are always good - not sure what I will do with the helicopter though

Don’t . There are talks about layoffs in the company in coming quarters. All the top notch sales team left the company. Do your research.
Any comments on comp range? Base, bonus RSUs? I was told no Sign on
😂 Sounds like NTNX HR. They always low ball you. They did not leave Director too 😅. Most of the directors are friends of VPs. If you are joining in without any internal connection. Think hard again to take the offer or not. You might be demoted soon if you don’t gel with their circle of friends. If you have had internal friends a director level would not be asking such questions on blind. Anyways, Good luck. I would say do your research before you take offer.
