Hi, Please help me evaluate nvidia offer. 10 years relevant experience 190k base $40k stock each year for 4 years. No bonus. Thanks for the help

Damn, 190k base!! Amazon doesn’t even go above 160k in base
This sounds low compared to other top tier companies.
What would be a good number to negotiate ?
What about joining bonus? I received a similar offer with less base though.

Low for a Sr if it maps to L6 Amazon or T5 Google or Facebook - should be closer to 300k+
Thanks. Appreciate the help. I am not sure if nvidia can match google or Facebook compensation. The question is how far can nvidia go. Frankly speaking, my offer seems too low. That’s why I was looking for help to see what a good number might be.

Yes. I think that’s pretty standard for nvidia
Note that it’s 2 years from when you start, not retroactive
I think you can definitely ask for more RSUs along with some joining bonus (20k atleast)
