Nvidia vs VMWare Offer

My friend has offers IC2 at Nvidia (Cloud) and MTS3 at VMware (Propel). It's hard for them to choose since they like both companies. Which company would be better for working on Cloud? If they get level-bumped at Nvidia to IC3 should they choose that? Offers (Base/Stock/SignOn) : Nvidia @ IC2: $150k/$125k/$15k VMware @ MTS3: $140k/$150k/$25k YOE: 5 Please explain your reasoning in the comment section.
