OCI Compensation 2019
Anyone with offers from OCI(Seattle) in 2019? Has there been any change in the scale of the offers after the layoffs? Received an offer of 250K TC(IC3) with 5yoe. I can't seem to tell if that's a low ball or not. I saw an old post where someone was offered 290TC for IC3 position. (Not sure about yoe) TC: 200
What's your breakdown? Unless you have competing offer, its hard to go over 250

250 is good for IC3 with 5 years. If your tc is too high you will be pretty soon on the lay-off list

I am IC4 and TC is 430K
Was it 430k offered or now with stocks at 56$ with some RSUs refresh?

250 k isn’t bad.
I'm trying to be at least in the mid to upper band. This is because the yearly refreshers and bonuses are not that great from what I've heard and read. Should I be pushing for more?
