OCI IC3 offer expectation
I have received a verbal offer from OCI for IC3 senior software engineering position. The hiring manager is asking me how much do I expect for a TC. What should I be asking for? Could anyone share their IC3 offer details. Thanks! Yoe: 7 TC: 210k

It’s not like MS with so many levels so it spans all sorts of YOE and TC, I’ve seen 200k to 300k+. If you really want to jump, ask for whatever is competitive with your other offers or comfortable enough for you to leave.

Very Upper range should be 300k. But tough now. Dont have toooo much high expectation. Around 250k is reasonable.
