Am I being lowballed? How much can be the negotiation room?

My first year experience here is good, not great due to some poor decisions from upper management. However, I chose here to learn and the growth opportunity is promising at the moment as well.

- Don't listen to this dude. Catch is *it can*. This guy makes hell lot of money at Oci, so is in the top 1% , so obv his TC wil keep increasing.
Also, you have to consistently get 4 rating and also depends on the team. Some folks like this dude have visibility with the higher management and that helps them too.
I can assure you there was no salary raise in 2018 for 90% of us. Yes, few got miniscule refreshers. Don't fall into this trap. Money you get when you join is alk you get at OCI for most folks unless you are a rockstar performer. Think twice!
Also, similar to other companies there is dirty politics. But office politics exists everywhere.May 4 4
- Oracle SpartyThat’s a pretty good offer, though not top end for IC4. Base can go slightly higher, and small movement on stock (12.5k units maybe). Signing can also go up, though not by a lot so maybe not worth pushing it. Overall a decent though not amazing offer.
