OCI (Oracle). What is average delay after on-site?
It’s been more than 2 weeks after my interview loop and no one contacted me so far. Hiring manager didn’t reply to my emails as well. Did anyone had similar experience?

Oracle frequently hires from within at last minute. Or they freeze req in middle of process. ping recruiter to see if they will update you

OCI has a expectation to respond within 3 business days after on-site. Someone dropped the ball or something is really messed up after your loop. I'd say call the recruiter if there is one
