OCI offer IC2
Received a verbal offer from Oracle OCI. TC: 290k (170k base, 9k RSUs vesting over 4 years) Location: bay area total years of experience: 5.5 (3 years before masters and 2 .5 years at Amazon after masters) current level at Amazon: SDE2 I am preparing for more interviews but it might take longer as I am not fully prepared. Any suggestions if this is good offer or OCI is good org to join or should I prepare more and go for better company?
Isn’t 290K amazing for 5.5 yoe?
Offer is good, but I am not sure if Oracle is a good company to stay in for long term (3-4 years)
