Im not sure which offer is more worthwhile OCI - Seattle First Year TC - 210k Afterwards for 3 - 180k Cisco Duo - Ann Arbor TC - 105k From a TC and opportunity/career growth standpoint, which one is better? 1 YoE

What role did you get an offer for at Duo? Also, I feel like Duo will be very similar to Meraki in that we’ll mostly get to do our own thing for years to come.

I'd go with OCI. Even if things don't work out, there are many options to choose from in Seattle but not in Ann Arbor. What's your YoE?
