Got an offer from yelp with 2.8 years of exp after master. base:147, RSU: 165K and 15K sign on. How much & where I can push?

Which team? You prob could move the needle on signing bonus easiest. Any ability to negotiate is conditioned on you having other offers though
Hi baminacan, I currently have an offer at Yelp. I'm working on getting competing offers but it's not guaranteed, obviously. In case I do, how hard is it to negotiate, say, ~$10k base without a competing offer?
Not baminacan but I'd say it depends on how desperate your org leader (director or vp) is to fill a seat. Hard to say without knowing inside info.
