I currently have two offers, and am confused which one to pick in terms of future growth and stability. Any help would be appreciated. 1. WeWork Position: L5 Base: 205k RSU: 320k over 3 yrs Sign on: 20k 2. Uber Position: L4 Base: 160k RSU: 360k over 4 yrs Sign on: 25k Annual bonus: 15k YOE: 6 Current TC: 160k Which one would you prefer, a senior high paying role (ww) or a role where learning is more (Uber)?

Both companies have no real plan to stay in business long term .. go with uber for now
Agreed. Given the choices, and ignoring culture (not that you should, just that I hope OP has taken it into account already), I would pick Uber. But, really, both companies are hemorrhaging money, and neither have a good story for surviving a recession. Bottom line: keep interviewing or pick Uber.
