Offer Evaluation- eBay Data Science

Recently got an offer to join as Data Scientist L24 in eBay. Location San Jose. Not in the product analytics org. Base: 150k Equity: 55k over 4 years Sign on: 5k (recruiter said this can increase) Annual bonus 10% Current TC: 140k YOE in data science: 2 years Total YOE: 4.5 years Is this a good offer? Should I push for L25 role? In the current offer I feel like I can ask more on equity. Any help is appreciated!
